E,
It has been so fun watching you grow into the best big sister ever. H adores you and wants to be just like you and you are so good to him. He can be a bit cranky and demanding and you just roll with it. You have developed into the most funny little girl. You say things like "I'm stylin" or "I'm cuuuutee!" With lots of sass :).
You are about to head to kindergarten. I can't believe this moment is here. In only a couple of years, you'll be able to read every post I've wrote to you since you were 4 months old. It's hard to believe that that day is almost here. There are so many things I love about you. So many moments I can't even begin to tell you.
Like today, Henry was holding onto you from behind and you were pretending to be a train, taking him all over the house. Or when we were taking a nap together today and you were watching me sleep and I said what, and you said, "Something magical happened today. Allie and Emma are learning!" Those are your two favorite dolls right now. Or the time you came home and said that Henry did a fruit of the spirit. I had never heard of that and was in awe of your God-loving little heart. Fruit of the spirit is when you do something good for others that would make God proud. You are unbelievably faithful in God.
We've been working on not being perfect, just doing our best and you have really come along way. You have been working really hard on making your bed, riding your bike and cartwheels. You also are trying to read and know many words. You can spell all of our names and I think grandma and grandpa...maybe.
Your favorite things to do are play barbies, watch cartoons, dance with momma, dance ballet in our entry way, wear frilly skirts, headbands and fun shoes, go visit grandma/grandpa and color/do art. Sometimes you'll sit down at dinner and say, "So, mom, how was work?" Just so grownup. You are only 5, but you are wise beyond your years.
I have to wrap this up...but just know daddy and I are so proud of you and you are such a wonderfully important part of our lives. Love you.
