WOW, I cannot believe this day has come. In a few short months, E will be able to read every blog I wrote about her. I have been waiting years to share with her all my hopes and feelings for her.
Yesterday was her first day of school. She rode the bus with her friends, Collin and Robbie, and has Collin in her class. She learned about monsters all day and played on the playground with Collin and Robbie. They did art class where they made a monster bus and they had music class where they played a game called Memory Chair.
She was so brave and did so good and didn't cry once. Momma on the other hand, had a pretty big cry at work, but got over it quickly. I am just so excited for her to start this new chapter in her life. She's going to love it.
I looked her hand this morning, and saw that it still looks like my baby girl, with it's cute little dimple indentations in her hand and soft skin. I'm thankful I still have these little remaining traits to remind me of the sweet baby I met 5 years ago.
This is from Lizzy, she wanted to type.
