Dear E,
Everyday you get closer and closer to sitting up on your own. I have spent the past couple of weeks helping you sit up; excitedly waiting for you to master it. Now that I know it's near, I feel just a tinge of sadness knowing you are one more inch out of infancy. You sat for a few seconds on your own the other day! I have enjoyed holding you in my arms for the past 4 months and being your main transportation and access to the world. Each day you have slowly gotten more squirmy and eager to do things on your own, see the world from a seated position, and gain some independence. I think you will have mastered sitting up on your own by 5 months. I'll check back in on that day and note your progress. Mommy loves you.

Our bumbo has been a life saver and E really likes it. Every mom needs one of these for working on sitting up!
This is awesome! You will be so glad you did this and will have a record of all of those little things that are so important, but seem to get lost in the craziness of parenthood!! Plus, now I can keep up and watch her grow since I don't get to see her so much. :(
